The information, products, and services available on this website are intended for personal, household, and business use within Singapore, unless otherwise stated.

5. Orders and Purchases
Placing an order
When you place an order on Suprayi.com, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
Payment
We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Orders Cancellations
Orders are processed on the next business day after payment is received. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at suprayi@supratechnic.com before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Please refer to Section 7 for our policy on exchanges, defective products, and warranty claims.
6. Delivery
We deliver IQAir products within Singapore. Orders are processed on the next business day after payment is confirmed. Once dispatched from our warehouse, delivery to your designated address typically takes 4 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
To help ensure smooth delivery, you are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Redelivery charges may apply if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, or if delivery is unsuccessful because no recipient is available to receive the order.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us promptly of any issues. For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please see Section 7.5 below.
7. Sales policy, Exchanges, and Warranty
7.1 All sales are final
All purchases made on Suprayi.com are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any other reason not covered by our exchange or warranty provisions below.
We encourage you to review product specifications carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about which product is right for your needs, please contact us before purchasing — we are happy to advise.
7.2 Exchanges
To maintain hygiene standards and product quality, exchanges are accepted only when the product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging. Exchange requests must be made within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
Exchanges are accepted for the following reasons only:
- The product does not match the description on the website
- You received the wrong item
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt) must be provided
- Goods must be in new condition and returned in the original, unopened packaging with all original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, and any free gifts received
- External packaging sleeves showing the product colour must remain intact
- The product must not have been used, installed, or had any data input
All exchange requests require prior authorisation from Supratechnic. Please contact us at suprayi@supratechnic.com before returning any item. Products returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
7.3 Warranty Coverage
Supratechnic warrants that IQAir products will be free from defects in materials and major workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance for the applicable warranty period, commencing from the original date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later.
This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid upon presentation of a valid proof of purchase (invoice). Product serial numbers will be used to verify warranty eligibility.
Warranty registration is recommended within 60 days of purchase or delivery to facilitate service support. Supratechnic may waive this condition where proof of purchase is provided.

Note: “Commercial use” refers to use in offices, clinics, schools, retail, industrial, or other non-residential environments.“
Any repair or replacement of a product under warranty will not extend or restart the original warranty period.
7.5 What the Warranty Covers
This Warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials
- Major workmanship defects that materially affect product functionality
At our discretion, Supratechnic will repair or replace the defective product or component during the warranty period.
7.6 What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product functionality
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, improper operation, or use outside the intended application
- Damage resulting from unauthorised modification, installation, servicing, or repair by parties not approved in writing by Supratechnic
- Use of non-genuine IQAir parts, accessories, or power supplies
- Damage caused during transport where prior authorisation was not obtained
- Removal, defacement, or tampering of the product serial number
- Consumable items, including filters (see Section 7.7)
Once the warranty period has expired, inspection, diagnosis, or administrative services may be subject to a service charge, which will be communicated to you before any work commences.
7.7 Filters and Consumables
Filters and other consumable components are not covered under the product warranty.
7.8 Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains incorrect items, please notify Supratechnic immediately upon receipt. Where applicable, a replacement will be arranged provided the issue is reported within 30 days of the order date.
7.9 Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase (original invoice or receipt) is required for all warranty claims and exchange requests. Please retain your purchase documentation for the full duration of the applicable warranty period.
7.10 Consumer Protection Rights
Nothing in these Terms or this Warranty excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Singapore, including applicable Lemon Law provisions. Where such statutory rights apply, they shall prevail over the terms stated here.

All content on Suprayi.com — including text, product descriptions, images, logos, graphics, and page layouts — is owned by or licensed to Supratechnic (S) Pte Ltd or IQAir AG. All rights are reserved.
IQAir, HyperHEPA, and related product names and logos are trademarks of IQAir AG, Switzerland. They are used on this website under licence as the authorised Singapore distributor.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

Supratechnic does not provide satisfaction guarantees, performance guarantees, or risk-free guarantees in relation to IQAir products. 11. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Singapore law, Supratechnic (S) Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or any products purchased through it, including loss of use or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this website or a product purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.
