Local Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
SUPRATECHNIC (S) PTE LTD does not ship orders on the same day they are placed. Orders are processed on the next business day after payment is received. Once dispatched from our warehouse, delivery to your designated address will take approximately 4–5 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
When will my order be processed and delivered?
Orders are typically processed on the next business day after payment is confirmed. Delivery is estimated within 4 to 5 business days after dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays.
To help ensure smooth delivery, customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Redelivery charges may apply if:
• The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, or
• Delivery is unsuccessful because no recipient is available to receive the order.
What to do if my order is damaged, missing, or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with an incorrect item, please contact Supratechnic as soon as you receive it so we can help right away.
Where applicable, we will arrange a replacement as long as the issue is reported within 30 days from the order date.
Warranty
This Limited Local Warranty (“Warranty”) applies to IQAir products purchased in Singapore from Supratechnic (S) Pte Ltd (“Supratechnic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. Warranty Coverage
Supratechnic warrants that IQAir products will be free from defects in materials and major workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance for the applicable warranty period, commencing from the original date of purchase.
This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid upon presentation of a valid proof of purchase (invoice). Product serial numbers will be used to verify warranty eligibility and can be found inside the outer packaging sleeve.
Warranty registration is recommended to facilitate service support with submission and acknowledgement by Supratechnic within 60 days from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is the later, but Supratechnic may choose to waive this condition where proof of purchase is provided.

After the warranty period expires, any diagnosis or service will be subject to standard fees. Any repair or replacement of the product under warranty will not extend the original warranty period.
(Note: “Commercial use” refers to use in offices, clinics, schools, retail, industrial, or other non-residential environments.)
3. What This Warranty Covers
This Warranty covers:
• Manufacturing defects in materials
• Major workmanship defects that materially affect product functionality
At our discretion, Supratechnic will repair or replace the defective product or component during the warranty period.
Any repaired or replaced product or component shall be covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period and shall not extend or restart the warranty duration.
4. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This Warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product functionality
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, improper operation, or use outside the intended application
• Damage resulting from unauthorized modification, installation, servicing, or repair by parties not approved in writing by Supratechnic
• Use of non-genuine IQAir parts, accessories, or power supplies
• Damage caused during transport where prior authorization was not obtained
• Removal, defacement, or tampering of the product serial number
• Consumable items, including filters (see Section 5)
Once the warranty period has expired, inspection, diagnosis, or administrative services may be subject to a service charge, which will be communicated prior to commencement of service.
5. Effective date for Warranty
The warranty starts from the date of the invoice, or from the delivery date if it occurs later. Warranty is valid only with proof of purchase and the product serial number must be verified. Please keep your invoice for this purpose.
6. Filter & Consumable Warranty
Filters and other consumable components are not covered under the product warranty. Genuine IQAir filters are covered by a limited 30-day warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship only.
7. Warranty Service & Returns
All warranty service requests require prior authorization from Supratechnic.
Products approved for return should be:
• Properly packaged (original packaging is recommended), and
• Accompanied by proof of purchase and product serial number
Failure to comply with return instructions may result in damage during transit, which will not be covered under this Warranty.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Singapore laws:
• This Warranty is provided in lieu of all other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, performance, or error-free operation.
• Supratechnic does not provide satisfaction guarantees, performance guarantees, or risk-free guarantees.
• Liability under this Warranty is limited strictly to the repair or replacement of the product and shall not extend to any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or business interruption.
Nothing in this Warranty excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Singapore, including applicable Lemon Law provisions. Where such statutory rights apply, they shall prevail over the terms of this Warranty.
9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Item
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains incorrect items, please notify Supratechnic immediately upon receipt.
Where applicable, a replacement will be arranged provided the issue is reported within 30 days from the order date.
10. Governing Law
This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
What does the warranty cover?
- This warranty covers defects in materials or major workmanship of the product during the warranty period.
- If a manufacturing defect occurs, SUPRATECHNIC (S) PTE LTD will repair or replace the product at its discretion.
What isn’t covered under the warranty?
The warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, wear and tear, or accidents.
- Damage from unauthorized repair, modifications, installation, adaptation, or use not approved in writing by SUPRATECHNIC (S) PTE LTD.
- Damage from improper use or use inconsistent with operating and maintenance instructions.
- Wear or deterioration resulting from environmental conditions or during transport.
- Minor imperfections that do not materially affect product functionality.
Exchanges & Returns
What is the exchange policy and processes?
All goods sold are non-returnable. To maintain hygiene standards and product quality, exchanges are accepted only when the product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
Exchanges must be requested within seven (7) working days from the date the goods are delivered. You may exchange your order (or items) for the following reasons:
• The product does not match the description on the website
• You received the wrong item
The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
• General requirements for exchange:
• Proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt)
• Goods must be in new condition and returned in the original, unopened packaging with all original accessories (manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity) and any free gifts
• External packaging sleeves showing the product color must remain intact
• The product must not have been used, installed, or had any data input
