Warranty

This Limited Local Warranty (“Warranty”) applies to IQAir products purchased in Singapore from Supratechnic (S) Pte Ltd (“Supratechnic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

What does the warranty cover?

  • This warranty covers defects in materials or major workmanship of the product during the warranty period.
  • If a manufacturing defect occurs, SUPRATECHNIC (S) PTE LTD will repair or replace the product at its discretion.

What isn’t covered under the warranty?

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, wear and tear, or accidents.
  • Damage from unauthorized repair, modifications, installation, adaptation, or use not approved in writing by SUPRATECHNIC (S) PTE LTD.
  • Damage from improper use or use inconsistent with operating and maintenance instructions.
  • Wear or deterioration resulting from environmental conditions or during transport.
  • Minor imperfections that do not materially affect product functionality.
